Sauss sarkanvīns no Puglia reģiona. Izgatavots no Itālijas dienvidiem raksturīgām vīnogu šķirnēm Negroamaro un Primitivo, kas tiek daļēji žāvētas. Itāļu valodā šo procesu sauc "appassimento". Rezultātā tiek iegūts vīns intensīvā, sarkanā krāsā. Buķetē sarkano ogu aromāti ar garšvielu un vaniļas notīm. Garša sabalansēta ar labu struktūru un maigiem tanīniem.
